I found David on line in June of 2011. I watched several of the videos and a web cast and was impressed with the level of energy transmission that came through. So, I traveled to Larkspur and attended the public event and intensive on Sept 25th. The intensity of the shakti increased until it reached a "boiling point" during the last 30 minutes. Then something wonderful happened that is truly beyond words. I was initiated into the mystery of the shakti, and this mystery has stayed with me since the event. At that moment, everything became as one. My sense of personal self disappeared in a field of seamless conscious experience. The chair, body, mind, room...all took on the same status. They are...they partake of existence.

I now understand that David's teaching is primarily conveyed through his transmission. The words do have value. But only in the light of the transmission do the words become potent keys, able to unlock the mystery in our own experience. I feel very blessed to have met David and to have received this transmission/initiation. I'm looking forward to coming down again in November.
